Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to the Standby Media wedding service.
| 1. | Standby Media shall be reponsible for providing two camera operators from one half hour before the wedding service begins until the end of the speeches. All filming outside of these times shall be charged at an hourly rate unless other arrangements are agreed in advance of the service. |
| 2. | Any music tracks, photographs or other additional input into the finished product is to be agreed with Standby Media at least 28 days in advance of the wedding date and all materials supplied at least 7 days in advance. |
| 3. | It is the responsibility of the wedding party to arrange permission for filming in any building used during the day. |
| 4. | While Standby Media reserve the right to use images and sequences from the finished video for promotional purposes, this shall not extend to any form of broadcast media without prior consent. |
| 5. | The charge for the wedding package is primarily for the filming and editing of the wedding day. The physical media on which the service is reproduced (DVD or VHS) accounts for £10 of the total cost. |
| 6. | In the absence of specially chosen music, Standby Media will use classical music over montage sequences on the finished product. |
| 7. | In the instance of a cancellation, any deposit paid is non refundable. |
